Founder & CEO of Goodlead Consulting, Swapnil is accountable for Client Management as well as the Talent Acquisition business of the company. Whenever the opportunity affords itself, he also designs and delivers Learning & Development programs.
He has independent PG degrees in Marketing and Human Resources, followed with close to three decades of experience in Sales and Business Consulting.
Swapnil quite effectively applies a “partnership approach” while engaging and working with clients and considers himself to be a “facilitator of multifarious business solutions”.

Asha is a Graduate in Science with a Masters in HRM, and has 16 years of diversified experience in the Corporate world as an HR Generalist and then in the Consulting domain as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
This dual exposure has put her in a unique position of being able to balance client needs and talent availability in the marketplace.
As a Talent Acquisition specialist she has successfully closed mandates at the tactical as well as strategic levels in sectors like FMCG, NBFC, Medical Devices and Manufacturing.
In her free time she likes reading, especially Marathi literature.

Ramesh is a BE (Electronics) with an MBA (Human Resources) and a PG Diploma in Marketing with close to three decades of professional experience spanning Manufacturing, Training and Recruitment.
Over the last decade and a half, he has focussed on Executive Search, Talent Acquisition and the Staffing domain.
Ramesh uses a combination of digital knowledge and industry savviness, quick thinking and ready wit, coupled with a very personal touch to generate win-win situations for clients, candidates and his colleagues. He has, through his actions, consistently demonstrated how to succeed in a dynamic environment.
He loves comedy and satire which he enjoys while watching television or reading books or surfing the internet. His better half is a part of the teaching profession and they have a son who goes to school.
